As advisers to industry for more than two decades, the company has been involved in a number of projects, from start-ups in the Middle East, to turn-arounds in New Zealand and a range of publishing businesses in Australasia through to offering marketing services to companies in the USA. It's hands-on approach, along with lateral strategic thinking, has been one of the keys to its success.

The training side of the business evolved from visavant's consulting services, as it saw the need to ensure that those involved in change had the skills and knowledge to do so. Today, the company has a team of contract trainers, practitioners who offer a vast range of exciting, interactive workshops that are customised to meet the specific needs of the participants.

All visavant trainers/facilitators are businesspeople that effectively train, using a mix of real-world and theoretical knowledge that workshop participants can use today.
